Added the functionality for tenants to delete the last payment method for an organization

Fixed an issue where some emails were being sent with incorrect information being displayed
Fixed an issue where some users were not getting prompted to select a default payment method
Fixed an issue where the credit card adjustment exclusion button wouldn't be available some times
Fixed an issue where the end client 2FA settings were not functioning as intended
Fixed an issue where some emails were getting sent in the incorrect language
