We are happy to announce the following enhancement in the April 16 release.

We've made a change to the default contact for notifications for the Autotask Integration. If your portal is integrated with Autotask, ConnectBooster will now pull the default notification emails from Autotask. It will use the Autotask Main Billing Contact. See Default contacts for more information.
