January 12, 2026

We are happy to announce the following enhancements in the January 12th release.

Enhancements

ACH Adjustment Enhancements

We’ve introduced foundational support for an ACH adjustment feature, making it easier to handle ACH-related adjustments within ConnectBooster.

More Secure and Reliable Ad Card Image Uploads

We’ve hardened the backend for the Upload Image feature on Ad Cards to better validate and control supported file types. This improves overall security and reduces upload errors for unsupported formats.

Help Menu – Contact Us / Suggest a Feature

The Help menu options for Contact Us and Suggest a Feature have been updated to provide clearer paths to support and feedback, ensuring users reach the right destination with fewer clicks.

Expanded Unit Test Coverage for Tenant Services

We have added extensive unit tests for the ConnectBooster Tenant services. While not visible in the UI, this improves product stability and reduces the likelihood of regressions in tenant- and account-related functionality.

AT Invoice “Pay via ConnectBooster” – Retroactive Invoices

Improvements were made to the Pay via ConnectBooster experience so that retroactive past invoices are handled more consistently, helping ensure aging invoices are properly surfaced and payable.

BlueSnap Integration Improvements

We refined the BlueSnap integration to improve reliability and alignment with BlueSnap’s latest behavior. This includes better handling of transactions and a more consistent experience for merchants using BlueSnap as a gateway.

Email Display Name Behavior

The Email Display Name setting is now only available when a From Address is present. This prevents misconfiguration and ensures outbound emails display sender information in a predictable and supported way.

Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where saving basic information failed if any field contained an ampersand (“&”). Fields can now safely include “&” without blocking saves.

  • Fixed a broken Learn More help link for KaseyaOne Unified Login, ensuring users can access the correct documentation from the login experience.

  • Corrected an issue where the “$” symbol was not displayed in the Account Summary email when amounts were right-aligned, so currency formatting now appears as expected.

  • Fixed a bug where the GoCardless test connection could report success even when no valid connection existed. The test now accurately reflects the actual connection status.

  • Resolved an error that occurred when creating transactions through GoCardless, improving reliability for merchants using this gateway.

  • Fixed an issue where the Great Plains integration could become stuck in a “pending” state. Integrations now move to completion or error states as expected.

  • Updated validation and mapping so New Zealand states/suburbs are properly recognized during payment entry, reducing friction for NZ customers.

  • Fixed a mapping issue where payment method account names were not correctly linked, ensuring payment accounts display and behave correctly.

  • Resolved errors in the payments calendar for valid AutoPay rules using bank account payment methods, so these schedules now display and run correctly.

  • Fixed an internal bug where the All Invoice report failed to load all expected records, improving reporting completeness.

  • Resolved an error that occurred when running the Open Invoices report. Users can now generate this report without encountering runtime errors.

  • Fixed an issue where clicking Load More on invoices did not return additional results. End users can now browse beyond the initial set of invoices as intended.

  • Corrected a bug where the Email History report only loaded a small set of emails repeatedly instead of the full history.

  • Fixed an issue where the Error column in Email History did not consistently show errors. Failures are now logged and surfaced properly for troubleshooting.

  • Restored missing internal email types in the Email History report so admins have full visibility into system-generated messages.

  • Resolved an internal bug where duplicate onboarding emails were being sent to the application team, reducing noise and confusion.

  • Fixed a problem where “https://” was being incorrectly added to the NetSuite base URL hostname, which could cause connectivity issues. Base URLs are now handled correctly.

  • Corrected the UI so that the BlueSnap entity “bubble” shows the BlueSnap logo as expected, improving visual identification of the gateway.

  • Fixed an internal issue where changes on the Adjustment Exclusion page were not reliably saving, ensuring configuration updates persist.
