2026.0.8
This release includes the new features, enhancements, and fixes described below.
New Features
-
We’ve rolled out Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys to better understand your satisfaction and overall experience with ConnectBooster. You might notice a survey pop-up from time to time, giving you a quick way to share your thoughts. Plus, you can now provide feedback anytime by clicking the Provide Feedback link under the Help menu. Your input is invaluable to us and Kaseya is committed to making continuous improvements that drive excellent customer experiences!
Enhancements
- To maintain compliance with card scheme requirements in Australia, we have implemented Merchant-Initiated (MIT) and Cardholder-Initiated (CIT) transaction indicators for Worldpay (Payrix). These scheme-mandated classifications ensure that payment providers and issuers can accurately identify recurring and automated payments. Utilizing these indicators supports higher authorization rates and reduces unnecessary declines for your transactions.
Fixes
- Resolved an issue where the QuickBooks Online (QBO) sync would fail when processing more than 1000 records due to an API clause limitation. The synchronization process now correctly handles large volumes of data to ensure all invoices are updated without interruption.
- Fixed a synchronization exception with ConnectWise contacts that occurred when contact records were modified or inactivated in the PSA. The system now accurately manages the lifecycle of contact cards, ensuring they are created or removed from the portal in alignment with their status in ConnectWise.
