ConnectBooster release notes
Fixes
-
Transaction failed emails now show the correct company name in the subject line. Previously, the notification incorrectly referenced the recipient's own organization, which made the message confusing when a payment failed. Client emails now clearly identify who the failed payment was made to.
-
Clients can no longer enter a payment amount that exceeds the invoice total. This prevents overpayments that previously completed successfully but created a mismatch between the invoice and the amount charged at the payment gateway. Payment amounts are now validated against the invoice total before the transaction proceeds.
-
Ticket lists now update correctly when a user switches between organizations. Previously, moving from one organization's ticket page to another could continue to display tickets from the first organization. Users now see the correct set of tickets for the organization they are currently viewing.
-
Invoices that are deleted and later recreated with the same invoice number now match correctly to their accounting record. Previously, deleting an invoice changed its invoice number, which prevented a newly created invoice with the same number from matching properly. Clients no longer see duplicate or mismatched invoices as a result.
-
Invoice due notification emails now display the dollar sign correctly next to invoice amounts. Previously, enabling the Space Between Amount and Symbol setting caused the currency symbol to drop from these emails. Recipients now see accurate, correctly formatted amounts on every notification.
-
Autotask service tickets now load reliably in the client portal for all connected companies. Previously, a data mapping issue prevented some companies' tickets from displaying at all. Client portal ticket lists now reflect all available service tickets for every affected company.
-
Payments on invoices with over 100 line items now process successfully at the payment gateway. Previously, invoices with more line items than the gateway could accept failed during payment and required the transaction to be voided and retried. Large invoices are now processed within the gateway's line item limits, so payments complete on the first attempt.
-
Integration status indicators now update correctly after a sync completes. Previously, an integration could remain stuck showing a pending status even after a successful sync, which created confusion for users checking their integration status. The status indicator now accurately reflects the current sync state.
