Welcome to the ConnectBooster family! We’re glad to have you on board.

Soon you’ll start seeing the money you’re owed coming in on time, without wasting time and energy trying to sweet talk clients. We look forward to helping train you with the proper tools and techniques necessary to accomplish this goal.

But first, let’s make sure you can log in to your new portal and setup the necessary integrations!

  • You should have seen a “Welcome Email” come to your inbox.

  • The from address is “notifications@connectbooster.com”. This will allow you to “Set Password”, and get logged in.

To log in to the tenant admin, direct to yourcompanyprefix.connectboosterportal.com/platform/admin

Preemptive steps to help streamline

  • Please select what systems you are using today for the relevant setup documentation.

  • It is helpful to have the main administrative log in credentials of the accounting and PSA/CRM components of your business while configuring the integrations.

You will finish each component’s setup under Integrations in the left-hand menu.
